Their hold time is uncalled for 55 minutes no operator! made an appointment 1st visit they gave the wrong address to office. Office personal Blamed me! The appointment was in Lakewood the they gave me was in Tacoma address! unprofessional !
Absolutely ridiculous they send me a message to call to make aptm and after 10 min plus they hang up on me poor customer service
Beside hold times being over 45 minutes to get an appointment, once I did get through the operator was able to schedule me promptly. Dr. Kumar and his MA, Laquisha were both thorough, professional and kind. Great staff and experience in office.
