Do not use Franciscan for your CPAP supplies in Syracuse area. You'll get bureaucratic runarounds, you will waste a lot of your time on phone calls and you will be asked to do their job and act as an intermediary between them and your insurance company. When it came time for the 6-month refill of my CPAP supplies, they refused to ship me the mask, the most important part that wears out faster than the other parts. I had nurses and nurses aids comes out nurses had to come once a week to change my nephrostomy dressing..They were alright at first..Then one day they came I had fever and wouldn't go to hospital so the one nurse went and spied on my fb acct and called me and told me to go to er cuz I posted I had a fever still..then about a week later I posted on fb acct that I wasn't feeling good within 1 hr the nurses aids banging on my door I didn't answer took me about 15 mins she said the boss sent me why are they spying on my FB acct?... read more
