Friendly and informative staff!
The lab technicians in the back are very quick and good at what they do One stick and go.
Incompetent ladies at the desk who tell you to have a seat then send you to the complete other side of the building after waiting 45 minutes just to get a simple swap test done. They even sent me to the wrong floor.
