Terrible emergency department. My dad came in with heart attack symptoms and he waited 5 hours because someone wiped him out of their system and they had no idea he was supposed to be seen.

So throwing two stars because several of my clients are nurses. Nursing is hard work! We love them and we need them. I entered the ER (coincidentally) immediately after my MRI appointment (previously scheduled/super early in the morning). —Again, all by coincidence only that I just so happened to have already been there and had been given prescribed medication to undergo the MRI. Most horrible experience ever. I went to the emergency room because I had a coughing attack and I couldn't stop coughing. I had just got out of the hospital the day before. The emergency doctor gave me a breathing treatment and he told me if want someone to keep an eye on me I will have to go to a nursing home. Keep in mind, other than my previous stay, I am healthy. He was just being sarcastic and mean. And before I was admitted to the hospital, they were watching me in a room because I was caughing uo cup fuls of blood. I ... read more
