4 and 1/2 ⭐ I have had a very positive experience with Franciscan Health Citiway. My Dr. is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Parking is easy.
Dr. McMahon & his staff are professional with great bed side manners.You dont find this kind of care hardly anymore.They care about you also Justin his MA is wonderful as well he is very tentative to your health and needs!Wouldn't want it any other way.We need more people like them in health care.Thank you!
Disappointed in the lack of empathy, professional, tentativeness to patients health. Its sad giving the climate in which we live in when we already feel that we do not receive the proper medical attention that we should. Its sad that we have to advocate for ourselves for the basic healthcare systems in place to ensure that we are healthy. Copays are extremely important to this facility. I previously had a decent overall experience at this office, until they recently got a new MA. I do not recommend going to the facility.
We were quite disappointed with the overall care my husband received. Messages through the patient portal went unanswered for far longer than was acceptable, even after the physician returned from vacation, and earlier phone messages to the office were also not returned. More importantly, a recent specialist evaluation also revealed significant polypharmacy concerns that conflicted with established Beers List guidance for older adults, resulting in several adverse events for my loved one.
