Wonderful staff and wonderful doctors, and they saved my life!
Dr. Sharma had limited knowledge on metastatic melanoma. MD Anderson states, “the chance of recurrence is greater if the melanoma was thick or had spread to nearby tissue.” This information was relayed to Dr. Sharma, he responded, “you must know something I don’t.” Be an advocate and choose wisely.
I saw Dr Ranganath here and he was so unprofessional, unable to show any compassion, understanding or even kindness. Didn't shake our hands or look ME in the eye, he just kept looking away all nervous. It could be because they didn't even know my biopsy results weren't in. Now mind you I already had the biopsy done at Franciscan Health on 1/3/24. Scheduled by the endoscopy center.
