Friendly, helpful, responsive customer service. They had very reasonable prices, fast turnaround time, and delivered precision-cut glass to my specs. I'm a happy customer and would use them again. Definitely recommend Franciscan Glass.

Steve was awful, horrible service
Called for a glass install. Brian Mally and Steve Rangwirtz came out and quoted an insane price. Way too high for the work that needed to be done, but it was kind of an emergency, so we went forward. Brian and Steve were the rudest, most reckless people I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Sloppy work, bad job all around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
