Terrible they made me give my driver's license to get wheelchair. The wheelchair is on the second floor nothing was convenient when someone is already have to handle a medical issue. No porter to handle anything extremely annoying if I could give 0 I would. This a ridiculous policy when you have real patient not being able to focus on there care.

I called Franciscan podiatrist in Gig Harbor for a possible fracture.I was told I needed a referral.I went to my local urgent care which provided me with a referral and noted the Dr said I might have an infection.I called a day later to Podiatrist office and was told Dr doesn’t treat that.A week later I get a call from Franciscan Tacoma seeing if I want to make appt. What a joke.I plan on going to an independent podiatrist. Not affiliated with Franciscan

Been calling for 3 hours straight just to schedule an initial appointment. No one is answering the phones.

My husband had a referral here due to an ingrown toenail, he’s been here before with the same issue and today when he called the receptionist to make an appt, She heard his issue and put him on hold to pull up his account… for 25 minutes! Then to get on the line to say the new doctor, doesn’t do toes…. ???! Why after hearing about how he had a referral for an ingrown toenail, do you then have to put someone on hold for almost a half hour to say a podiatrist “doesn’t do toes” …. this place is a joke.
