Great facility, friendly staff! I was there for an all-day AFAA Group Fitness Workshop yesterday, June 24. This location is only 5 minutes from my home. :)
I have been a member since they opened. I love going. The machines are well maintained, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the classes are fun and the facilities are great. The warm water therapy pool, the sauna and the hot tub makes a visit complete. If you live in the south suburbs of Chicago, you owe it to yourself to visit and join.

Such a beautiful, state of the art's facility! The staff are very professional and helpful! The locker room is very clean and well maintained. If you forget your personal hygiene items, don't worry. You'll find blow dryers,lotion, deodorant, mouthwash, q tips, etc. After your workout, you can relax in the sauna, whirlpool, warm therapy pool, or take a swim in the Olympic sized pool! Come check it out! What are you waiting for? ���
