I have rheumatoid arthritis and my illness has me back and forth with going to the gym. When I'm consistent I'll go 5 days a week because my body let's me. When I can't it's harder for me. But I do not get judged they always greet me with a smile and a welcome back. This a great place to change your lifestyle and maintain your health.
The best it offers you so much facility beautiful clean peaceful I could stay for hours professional and friendly safe environment worth every dime highly recommend 👍
I went there on yesterday just to look to see what they have to offer, and I am very impressed with what I saw.
Fantastic facility. They have everything one would need to get in shape, stay in shape, or train for an athletic competition.
