I went to this urgent care with my dad,he had bleeding, we wait there 25 minutes and then they tell us we r not taking your medical,I Don't like this urgent care
I used the "on my way" option through the website. Walked in, entered info on the kiosk, quickly moved to registration, vitals and into a room. I walked out 30 minutes later with a prescription called in. Very helpful and efficient.
This has been my go to place for years… however these new young girls that work there just for the paycheck should switch careers. My husband and my son went in around 7:35pm I know close to closing time. However I know the ER is FULL and this was an emergency. No sign saying to check in on the tablet so I stood waiting for 4-5 minutes before anyone acknlowdged me and told me to sign in there. Been here 1.5 hrs and I haven't seen anyone called to be seen only to finish registration. The staff doesn't smile or address anyone welcoming. They seem like it's a burden on them you're here and when you already don't feel well sitting in an uncomfortable small waiting room that's the least they could do is be polite.
