They are very very slow. Waited 2 hours to get daughter check for insect bite. After spending hours in waiting room they put us in room and nobody come their for hours. Been to other fransican express but this was worse. If you have kids avoid coming here. They don't care at all.
3 hours to see someone for antibiotics.... These people don't seem to care about you or your problems. I would only suggest them as last resort. Update; 3 years later and they still want to process you like a piece of bologna. They make you feel like a nuisance.
Very kind and courteous Very thorough facility we have used multiple times over the years with an athlete and veteran. Able to take radiographs which we appreciate instead of needing to go to multiple places to get care, and not burden an ER when not an emergency.
It's suppose to a express care however I was waiting for over 3 hours with my 3 year old and believe me he was very very irritated and annoyed at that point I was left in a room with the doctor who left saying I don't know what the issue is I will come back with another doctor and she never came back first the waiting room wait was never over then the in room waiting . This was a very bad experience for me and my child I would never recommend this place to anyone seeking professional care .
Well no shit. It doesn’t take a licensed provider to tell me any of that. I was already doing it ALL with no relief. Thanks for NOTHING at all St Francis. In 4 days I will not be coming here. I went a mile down the street and was prescribed amoxicillin one tablet by mouth every 12 hours. What a waste of time I will never come here again.
