I've been here twice to assess injuries - typical struggles with gravity. I went in the morning. Even with the lines I was surprised how efficient they were. I expected to be there longer. I got xrays and felt well cared for.
A joke of an urgent care. I took my son there due to a suspected (confirmed at another urgent care) ear infection. Doctor barely looked in it and said he thought he had the flu ??? And offered a flu test. No other symptoms, so I declined. Doctor at the other urgent care showed me my son’s ear, and it was bright red with visible pus. Incompetency at its finest by this “doctor”. We will never return, and I will be sure none of my loved ones go there either.
Sat in there for over 2 hours for a drug screen with out being attended. After running out of patience and letting them know I was going elsewhere, they told me if I left they’d report my screen as a failed drug screen. Horrible service
I have to say I visited this facility due to being diabetic and having an infected toe! Dr Patel saw me there and I have to say she was very thorough and prescribed me an antibiotic and also did a culture/swab and sent it away! It came back positive for MRSA ! They called me and told me and called in a different antibiotic that would take care of it! They also called me to find out how I was doing a week and a half after my visit & during the holidays! Took an hour and a half to be seen with nobody ahead of me, trying to get treated for the flu. Refused to test, diagnose, or treat me for anything, just told me to take advil and get out. I'm about to get fired from my job because these people won't test or treat me for anything. Way to go, guys.
