Quick and efficient.
My husband was wheezing and his chest felt tight with some coughing. They did a chest x-ray, gave him a nebulizer treatment and came right in to say, no pneumonia, but asthma flair up which he hasn’t had in 25 years. They were very good and pleasant and got to the point. Great confidence in the care!!
Today is DAY 10 of myself battling the sickness. I went to Franciscan Express Care after the bell toned 5pm. Doc thinks I may have had the dreaded FLU at one point and it turned into Bronchitis, hmmm. He diagnosed me with a severe case of BRONCHITIS. Dr. Dan Galloway prescribed me a few meds and sent me on my way. Hopefully it all helps. Thanks Doc and friendly staff. Definitely not "Down with the Sickness.", although great song.
We have always had great experiences at Franciscan Express....from broken thumbs, twisted ankles, to strep throat. What makes this place so great is the friendly staff and doctors. I have an 8 year old autistic son...and the receptionists, nurses and doctors (Dr. Galloway is Jack's favorite. Lol) are so thoughtful and comforting, that it makes the experience ten times better. Jack actually looks forward to going to Franciscan Express...we will continue to make our unplanned visits in the future. �
