Arrived at 4:35pm and was told they are closed. Posting says they are open until 8pm and there was no notice on the door or when called ahead of time. Seemed like someone didn’t want to work anymore…

Had an unnecessary attitude and wouldn’t see me for simple anti-inflammatories (obviously inflamed and gave them the root cause that I’m being treated for elsewhere) even with recent xrays because they had no imaging equipment and proceeded to tell me “even if I just had a UTI they would need to do their own imaging for treatment.” As a nurse, that sounds extremely uneducated considering you would just do a dipstick but not the point. No wonder they never have a wait here. Never had a problem at any other Franciscan location... read more

This place has taken such great care of me. I have been here twice for a similar issue. They care so much and make me feel like I have people to talk to. They make me feel so much better about my situation. They care about their patient with their full heart. I’ve had two different nurses and two different doctors, but they have all been amazingly helpful. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this place of every immediate care I’ve been to.

The staff here is rude, especially the phone staff. I saw the ratings, and figured it couldn’t be as bad as people were saying. Especially since it is in such a nice area. But I was very wrong. Don’t bother coming here if you expect a caring staff in your time of health needs. I didn’t even want to come in because of how rudely I was treated on the phone. Never in my life. 😂
