Rude behavior from staff!!
Compassionate care while face-to-face, but expect things to proceed slowly. I was told I needed a mass removed in late May. It is now August, and I still have not had my surgery scheduled. I suggest patients stay on top of whether their cases are moving forward, including double-checking on whether imaging or other diagnostic tests have been ordered, as they forgot to order critical imaging for my surgery, which delayed everything significantly.
