I've been going to this place for about 8 years now, and unfortunately due to lack of staff this place is not able to provide efficiently. I absolutely love my therapist and psychiatrist but I was not able to see them as much as I would like to. My appointments focused on me catching them up on my daily life rather than being able to consistently touch base on trauma management. I have now called 4 times and sent 3 my chart messages over the course of a week. I still don't have a med for my ten year old son. I have alot of patience but this is not okay.
I don’t even truly think their people they are the worst doctors I’ve ever had cancel 10 mins before appointments while your sitting there waiting they need to close down asap
Dr. Faith is amazing! The staff does not know how to pick up a phone though!!!
Don't know why this place has so many low reviews never had a problem here and has helped me a lot!
