Maricela Yee is very unprofessional. I was looking for an apartment that is close to my daugher who lives near this apartment and I found out that they have a one bedroom available. So when I went there to see it, Maricela met me and said that she is busy with someone in the office. She did not tell me to wait for her but instead told me to go down the end of the hall where there is a one bedroom that is being renovated and I assumed that this will be in the market so I printed out an application from the website of this apa... read more
We’ve been tenants since 2013… we love the location; beach close, southshore with our favorite restaurant Trabocco..also how quickly management responds if there is an issue and our neighbors have been wonderful people . I do like the small but enough exercise room…along with hanging out on our patio , we happily call 333 our cozy home.
The assistant manager Maricela Yee is very unprofessional and sends unprofessional emails to her employees about me and forgot to take me off the email & sent it to me. Hung up on me when I called to talk to her Manager about the situation. Very very rude and unprofessional.

I've lived at the Franciscan for two years now and am thankful to call it home. After having completed a complex-wide renovation the property now has a modern and clean look. But best of all is the location -- just half a block away from the Alameda Beach and running trails. And just like most other place in Alameda, it's very quiet. Also, the property managers (Maricela and Jennifer) and the maintenance manager (Leo) are fantastic and super responsive to all maintenance requests (usually done within 1 business day).
