Recently moved out after 5 years. Neighborhood is arguably the best in the city - quick walk to the beach, Presidio, and Chestnut St which has everything you need. The building is good and apartments are cozy with great light. The property managers (husband and wife who live nearby) are incredible - always responsive, care very much about the space and tenants, kind, and reasonable. They made living here extra comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
