Save yourself the time and frustration. While the doctors are good, you are weighed down by the crappiness of a big corporate office who doesn't care about you or your pain. I gave myself twice the time needed to get to the office and hit bad traffic. I was 14 minutes late and they couldn't wiggle me in or help me for the pain I was having, just told sorry and turned away. I went to the office with my mother and at first it seemed standard. The longer I waited the worse it seemed. The waiting area was extremely dirty. Poorly managed office. Receptionist are visibly overworked and struggle to help patients. Bad environment overall.
Dr. Chadwick is such an amazing physician. He cares so much. All of the other physicians, nurses and nurse practitioners are incredible here. I will never not be a patient of this firm.
