My doctor from here left the practice, and they issued me a formal letter saying that their other doctors would be happy to continue my care. However as they gave the paper to me, they contradicted this and said there was no one available for new patients. So they effectively kicked me to the curb without any new doctor, and they issued me a paper with an outright lie on it. I am not sure what they did is even allowable, but it unprofessional. Save yourself the time and frustration. While the doctors are good, you are weighed down by the crappiness of a big corporate office who doesn't care about you or your pain. I gave myself twice the time needed to get to the office and hit bad traffic. I was 14 minutes late and they couldn't wiggle me in or help me for the pain I was having, just told sorry and turned away. I went to the office with my mother and at first it seemed standard. The longer I waited the worse it seemed. The waiting area was extremely dirty. Poorly managed office. Receptionist are visibly overworked and struggle to help patients. Bad environment overall.
