Great Downtown Living I've lived in the FSK apartments for over 4 years and LOVE it! It's so wonderful to live in the heart of downtown, steps from fantastic restaurants and shops, parking, and Baker Park. On top of it all, FSK is a super clean, well-kept building—both in the apartments and the common areas. The building manager and her team are always so friendly, professional, and very helpful. Beautiful Building/Urban Living I've lived at the Francis Scott Key with my two sons for a little over 2 years and we really love it. It's the coolest address in Frederick and the common areas are lovely. We have a killer view and it's incredibly quiet - especially considering it's in the center of downtown. We've had zero problems with noise, and even more remarkably, we've never had a noise complaint against us! With two teenagers and loud music, that's something! The building is that well constructed.
