I spoke to a chat agent that thought he was a lawyer. If your staff are this overly entitled than I still would’ve been better off normally resolving credit report errors myself. If I’m stating I never missed a payment that I OWED and every payment was on time then find a lawyer. Don’t try to belittle me and tell me I’m not going to get anywhere. I told him, with his reading comprehension skills and how slow he is that he was lucky to even get this job.
