Until today, I was a customer of this company, until I realized that I overpay as much as $250 a month !!! The certificate for the competition was previously supposed to be obtained for free, as it came to the case - $ 410 !!!??? Thank you for scaring me in time... By the way, you have a lot of us (((

Considering Francis L. Dean & Associates touts as a business that can get you coverage within 24 hours (see phone tree voicemail), it's very disappointing they, indeed, cannot do that. In my scenario, I reached out 65 hours prior to my event, then I received an email informing me that my request had been denied, as it was now...the day of my event. Sitting on a rush request until it's deemed too late is not just false advertising, it's kind of ethically messed up.

I have been with this company for several years, covering my small dance studio. I have used other companies to much disappointment - FD is very clear upfront, honest in what to expect, as well as offer great coverage with a helpful staff. Not like other companies that are shady and shifty, and find sneaky ways to charge you more money after you already sign with them. Definitely highly recommend FD and will continue to use them in the future!!!
