My wife recently called to ask for a second opinion on some x-rays she received at another dentist; she was bluntly told "We don't do that here." My wife followed up asking if they had any recommendations on this, and, again, was bluntly told "We can't provide that." Like, bedside manner is still a thing, right?
I just had an appointment today and it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The woman who works at the front desk (I have a hard time remembering names) was very friendly and professional. I tend to be nervous about going to the dentist but she was very kind and understanding, and we shared a laugh.
