I met Francis Farren a number of years ago while he was the District Attorney's office. I had been a victim of a crime and Mr. Farren explained to me the States case and the expected outcome. Fran was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I really liked his honesty. If he doesn't truly believe that he has a legitimate shot to win your case, he lets you know up front. I still can't believe he won my case. Not only did I run a checkpoint, but also refused to take any field tests. On the surface, it was a lock for the prosecution. My daughter was accused of a felony offense & Mr Farren took the time to listen to my daughter & the events that led up to incident . The police only listen to the first party that they questioned and immediately arrested my daughter without listening to all the facts . Mr Farren is the man! I just left my trial for a 2nd offense DUI. A minimum mandatory 60 days in jail and 2 year suspension of license. Mr Farren was able to talk the prosecutor into a last minute plea bargain. My DUI was amended to reckless driving. I walked out of the court room with my freedom and my license. Mr Farren is a great attorney, and I highly recomend him to any one with legal trouble.
