My favorite restaurant in Cambridge to get lunch. Staff is very friendly and cheerful, food is great, they never mess up my order and best of all they deliver!!! Been eating at Francis Family Restaurant consistently for over a year and have never had an issue. 10/10 would recommend 😁
I called and ordered a delivery of dinner portions of chicken fingers and fries knowing I get two sides so for one of them I wanted double fries and one with mashed potatoes and then fries. Tell me why you guys charged me for appetizers and the sides separately. So in the end I paid the same price but for less food then supposed to have. So I’m down a whole side, four chicken strips and our garlic bread. we had the big breakfast and it was delicious nice friendly people we know the server she was nice and friendly she kept coming back and asking us how was our food and we said it was delicious.
This restaurant is very family oriented and everyone is so friendly and food is great...recommend to eat here if you ever in Cambridge, Ohio

The fish was awful. maybe the other menu items are good. I'll probably never know because my first ever meal there was a horrible disappointment. So, I'm not inclined to go back.
