RecommendedI have had both eyes done and I highly recommend Dr. Richard Francis. He is the best. His staff is curitous and affencient. Great place for all your eye needs. Thank you Dr. Francis.
Went in for my annual eye exam, which is free for most with insurance. They did the same checks as my other eye doctor always did and I was not only billed through my eye care provider, but my medical provider was also billed. When I asked why they told me because Dr. Francis is a ophthalmologist, he bills the medical insurance if there is a diagnosis. That would be like my family physician billing my eye care provider because I am near sided. CAUTION
Dr Frances was recommended to me by a friend , so I decided to take my granddaughter there instead of my eye doctor due to his praise of the practice overall. The staff was friendly and professional as was Dr Frances ! They did not make us feel hurried up and this is most important to me !!
