Do a wonderful job at the work they do. Super friendly staff! I highly recommend.
I had a cavity that was filled incorrectly here and continued to rot underneath the tooth. Francis Dental didn't even detect it in my checkup so a few months later part of my tooth fell off, exposing all the rot. And they had told me that the continued sensitivity was normal after the filling. Extremely frustrating. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I was a patient of Dr. Francis Sr. I am covered by Wyoming Medicaid and haven't seen Dr Francis in over years , but for some reason I received a collection notice for $2,232 and I am extremely upset. This is a completely false charge as Larry knew I was on Medicaid and stayed within those guidelines, with the exception of a skin graft in my mouth that he said was an experiment to see if it would work to help close an injury to my gums. Ngl, I love the work they do here. They take really good care of my teeth and it's someone who actually does the work in their office instead of sending people out for dental work, unlike a lot of others. They are very good at saving your teeth instead of just pulling them all. The bad point is I have been trying to get a hold of them for over 3 months now. No one ever answers the phone and I never get a call back for the messages I leave. If they would step up on that and actually work with getting appointments set up then ... read more
My sister recommended Dr. Francis and his staff to me, and my first visit was such a pleasure. I had some staining/tartar that I was very concerned about, but Ceri got it all cleaned up for me and I had zero cavities! What a relief! My teeth look so much better. She's a miracle worker.
