I always feel as if I have enough time to communicate my concerns without feeling rushed. Even without an appointment, I was able to go in and be seen in a timely manner. The staff is wonderful, and Dr. Clark has excellent bedside manners. I'm a registered nurse, and this facility has wowed me. I don't think Dr. Clark realizes how outstanding he is; his compassion and dedication to helping others are the epitome of medical care.
I have had great experiences with Dr. Clark and his staff for many years. I am almost always able to schedule an appointment within a few days of calling usually the same day, and I receive a response to my phone queries almost immediately. I am amazed by the kindness of everyone, and the very minimal down time, yet Dr Clark spends sooo much time with me. This is beyond rare.
I wouldn't be where I am without Dr. Francis and his staff. Not just for my vision but also for working with me during an emergency time for our family and responding to any needs and concerns quickly, but also being available when needed.
In the previous two months, I had cataract surgery on both eyes. It was a wonderful experience with a fantastic outcome. No contact lenses or glasses for me! Dr. Clark is a fantastic physician. His demeanor, talents, and ability to respond to any queries are all outstanding. He comes highly recommended from me. The entire crew is polite, friendly, and efficient, from the front desk to the rear! They have a system that is well-organized. This office is A++.

I am very impressed with Dr Clark. My first visit with him and he found a mole in the back of each of my eyes that could have been a melanoma. Now I have seen many many eye doctors since I have been using eye glasses since the age of 5 and no one saw these? I am thankful to the depth and quality of Dr Clark eye exams. He also has the sweetest bed side manner.
I was very pleased with my experience With Dr. Francis. I can be a hard critic of emergency care and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. Dr Clark diagnosed me on my first exam by asking all the correct questions as I had struggled with Behcet disease for years. I had seen many doctors including eye doctors for many years with no answers. I was surprised when I learned he found I had behcet disease. Dr Clark put me on the right treatment path and I have never felt better. I am so grateful to this excellent and brilliant eye doctor.

For 30 years, I have been a patient at this practice and it is an honor to go somewhere where they care about your health and well-being. I have seen Dr. Fran Clark for most of that time, and he always comes prepared to help you. The finest physician I have ever seen, hands down! I think he has no idea how unique his compassion is.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Clark and his staff on a variety of different eyeball health issues. Despite having a busy practice, I'm almost always able to schedule an appointment the same day of calling and receive a response to my questions within a few minutes.
