He is such a great doctor Glad I found him
Very professional and well-organized. There was very little wait time, and the personnel was caring and friendly. Dr. Clark had a wonderful bedside manner, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel at ease with him as my cataract surgeon. My eye exam was of excellent quality and thoroughness, and I was extremely pleased with it. Dr. Clark spent a significant amount of time with me. It's a remarkable experience to have him focus on you as a patient.
This was my pre-op consultation. Dr. Clark took such good care of me, explaining everything thoroughly so that I understood everything. He could not have been more pleasant or professional. I was in extreme eye pain when I went there. Dr. Clark has a gentle touch and a pleasant chairside manner. Later that evening, he checked in on me to see how I was doing... I felt 90% better after that. He's become my favorite doctor of all time, incredible compassion with a very humble demeanor.
Dr. Francis James Clark gets 5 stars from me. His offices are all well-organized, friendly, and professional... I've been to three and will follow him wherever he goes. The front desk personnel is the friendliest and most helpful of any office I've visited, medical or otherwise. I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Clark, my eye doctor, and I thought my exam was thorough and that Dr. Clark answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him.
Going to the eye doctor is something I despise. That has all changed thanks to DR. Clark and his entire team. They all made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Clark took his time and patiently answered all of my silly questions, thoroughly explaining each response and the best treatment alternatives. He is genuinely concerned. You don't get the impression that he's hurrying from one patient to the next.

From the moment you call to the time you leave, you'll notice that everyone is focused on the patient and providing outstanding treatment. And Dr. Clark is fantastic. Best eye exam after 70 years of eye exams- extremely detailed, advance technology, yet efficient.
Their compassion for their patients is incredible. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and to ensure all my needs were met. After going through a debilitating cataract surgery with another eye surgeon, they did an amazing job of changing my life and giving me 20/20 vision.
