Excellent job! – I started my project with a contractor who was not familiar with the Carmel building department. After talking with Francis for 10 minuates I knew he was the contractor to do my remodel. He finished on time and on budget.

Francis Alwill contractor – I used Francis Alwill to repair a leaking window, which involved extensive exterior stucco repair. His workers were professional and performed a repair that was a perfect match. He then obtained a superior house painter for me and negotiated a price that I would not have been able to obtain on my own. Highly recommended.

BAD experience – Run don't walk from this guy!!! Serious attitude problem and general sloppy work with my brief experience. Also odd how the good reviews resemble his own writing and typos.

Highly recommend! – General Contractor Francis Alwill got repair jobs in my house. I first hired him for small repairs. he is very easy to get a hold of and to negotiate.
