Francis was referred to me when I was in desperate need of a contractor. My best friend Carol told me he does good work but is pricey. Francis encouraged me to get bids from other contractors. Everyone was about the same but Francis proposal warned me of the possibility of what could go wrong. I used him and the project went as Francis promised. In 2010, I wanted to remodel my kitchen. Would not recommend hiring this guy. Save yourself a lot of headache and stay away from this contractor. I had the same experience as the previous reviewer.
Francis has been working on my homes for 10 years. I always shop quotes but in the end choose Francis. Highly recommend.
Best contractor – I looked everywhere for a contractor to take care of my home repairs. I found Francis to take care of all of my repair/remodel needs no matter the size. I recommend Francis to all my friends.
Excellent service – Francis Alwill was refered from my good friend who is his long time client. I was not sure how much was involved with my remodel. Francis drew me up a proposal lining out detail. I found his prices for labor to very cmpetitive.

Great job on time – Francis did a great job updating my kitchen, making a beautiful deck, transforming bathrooms and paint the house. I am very pleased with his punctuality, honest estimates, flexibility and great job. I recommend him to anyone who needs a contractor.
Forget this Contractor – Mr. Alwill came in his Bermuda shorts and flip flops to view and give me a quote on repairing my old redwood deck. After viewing it and a short discussion where I asked him two or three questions to explain some of his comments, he said "I think you should get another contractor" turned and left and refused to explain himself.
