Francis was referred to me when I was in desperate need of a contractor. My best friend Carol told me he does good work but is pricey. Francis encouraged me to get bids from other contractors. Everyone was about the same but Francis proposal warned me of the possibility of what could go wrong. I used him and the project went as Francis promised. In 2010, I wanted to remodel my kitchen. Would not recommend hiring this guy. Save yourself a lot of headache and stay away from this contractor. I had the same experience as the previous reviewer.
Francis has been working on my homes for 10 years. I always shop quotes but in the end choose Francis. Highly recommend.
I looked everywhere for a contractor to take care of my home repairs. I found Francis to take care of all of my repair/remodel needs no matter the size. I recommend Francis to all my friends.
I started my project with a contractor who was not familir with the Carmel building department. After talking with Francis for 10 min I knew he was the contractor to do my remodel. He finished on time and on budget.
