The Doctor was very thorough and told me all my different options.
Everyone in the office was lovely. Everything was explained to me. Dr Nav Bakshi was very kind and explained what was happening to my tooth and what gave me his opinion on the treatment. My appointment was on time. Thank You All for making this a nice experience.
I had my first appointment at Springfield Endodontics. Everything from the first phone call went smoothly. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. They were very upfront about their pricing - which was a big concern for me because I don't have insurance. I didn't get the news I was hoping for about my tooth, but I don't think the experience could have been any better. I hope I don't have any more tooth problems, but if I need a root canal or other endodontic work, I will call Springfield!
