AC at Kendall Crossing barely works -- it's like a hotbox. It's late June and the thermostat won't go below 79F. Paper thin walls so you can hear the families and their screaming/stomping kids upstairs. Shower looks like it predates America. I don't know why anyone would pay money for this. Sadly my elderly grandparents have to live in this dump with their voucher.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! All they care about is collecting your rent money, and increasing your rent. They hire the most horrendous property managers if you can call them that. Rude, lazy, angry, NEVER answer the phone, if you have a legitimate issue that needs to be fixed, FORGET IT!!!! I believe the ownership has changed and now is managed by totally inept people. PLEASE rent somewhere else, or just read the reviews on other websites, but do it before they delete all the bad reviews, Oh, Yes! They do that.........
