WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! All they care about is collecting your rent money, and increasing your rent. They hire the most horrendous property managers if you can call them that. Rude, lazy, angry, NEVER answer the phone, if you have a legitimate issue that needs to be fixed, FORGET IT!!!! I believe the ownership has changed and now is managed by totally inept people. PLEASE rent somewhere else, or just read the reviews on other websites, but do it before they delete all the bad reviews, Oh, Yes! They do that.........
Terrible apts in Nahant. The apts are old no dishwasher, everything is on electricity, old small yellow or green tiles in bathroom, cheap thin wall I hear the guy upstairs peeing…. I get it that’s why the rents are cheap. Can’t wait until my lease is up in the summer. Nahant is nice although it’s tough place to live when you have commute to work. With that being said Bass Point Apts is horrible do not rent here….
