This is a beautiful Salon and Spa. I've had all types of service there the staff is fabulous. Their price point is right on for the quality and attention you get. Special shout out to Roya!!
Less than a week after my shellac manicure all of my nails are chipped and cracking. The pedicure was okay. Most of the staff was rude, including the manager who would not let my bridesmaid get her pedicure. My bridesmaid should not have had to say that she was just going to get her manicure. The manager could have had the common courtesy to come say something to me (as the bride) instead of making my bridesmaid take the fall. If I could get my $98 back I would.
My daughter got her nails done here, and less than 24 hrs they were almost all gone (she did not pick them at all!) and i talked to the OWNER who told me that he would talk to the stylist, no apologies, nothing. Clearly customer service does not work at the salon, save your money go some where else!!!!
First time and I had the most amazing relaxing time ,when I left I was so rejuvenated. Would definitely go again if I'm ever back this way
