Great Italian food! This is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. Nestled in downtown Naperville, it boasts delicious carpaccio along with all their other appetizers as well as all their entrees. And when I say all, I mean ALL. Their desserts are equally delicious. Best Italian Around! Nestled in downtown Naperville, if you don't notice the black awning, you might miss it! Looks tiny and quaint from the outside, but once inside, your hit with the aromas of their wonderful Italian delicacies. Chicken Romano with a buttery sage sauce is to die for. Their pizzas are loaded with your favorite toppings and served on a cracker-thin crust. Salads are brimming with homemade dressings. Service is OUTSTANDING. Spinach Ravioli is Phenominal! I had looked online at their menu and definitely wanted to try their Spinach Ravioli. At La Sorella they change their menu frequently so the spinach ravioli wasn't on their menu that night. I ended up choosing another pasta dish and the waiter came back and said the chef had some spinach ravioli left and was willing to make that for me. That sold me on this place! Great and reasonably priced It's a little noisy but a great place to come with a group--just make sure to call ahead. Generally, I don't mind waiting at this place though, because the bar is pretty nice and the bartenders are friendly. The food is high-quality and very reasonably priced. They also have a great selection of meats and cheeses.
great! This is a great little restaurant. It was pretty crowded so I'd recommend reservations, but I really enjoyed my meal here and thought that it was reasonably priced.
Wonderful Italian food This quiet, small restaurant is located on part of a strip mall. The food is wonderful and they give you hearty servings of pasta and bread. The wait staff is also nice and make you feel comfortable. The prices are moderate, however, with the amount of food you get, it is well worth it. You will always leave with a doggie bag.
Great food but can improve on service I took my family of 8 there for dinner. One of the numerous times we have been there, but the last few have left me disappointed. The same waitress that we had the last few times, was never around. My son had to go to the bar twice to pick up our drinks as they just sat there on the bar for over 15 minutes. Rich and authentic italian This Italian restaurant is the suburban version of the city-wide Francesca's chain. All of Francesca's restaurants are impressive as they stay true to the central principle of Italian food: simplicity. The flavors are vibrant and rich and the ever-changing menu always offers many appealing selections. The pizzas are authentic and pastas are always cooked perfectly. Also, the calimari is amazing!
Francesca's Good Italian restaurant. Really crowded on weekends. Had the chicken parmigiana and it was really good. Have valet parking. Would recommend.
