Talked down to me on the phone (as a child) for leaving a message two days in a row on her messages. Then concluded (without ever seen me or my wife) that we "must not be serious about counseling" because I asked to reschedule an appointment. I'm not making this up! Supremely rude!
Amazing woman..never once did I ever feel afraid to tell her things no matter what I said or how I said it I was still treated as a human being and she actually pays attention and looks at you when you are speaking not just a head nod and typing on a computer..she takes her time and provides a very private comfortable space kind of like home...best listener and best therapist I have ever had. NO complaints
