Frances found us our first house and it couldn't have been a better experience. She found a pre-list that she knew was right for us and in a community we hadn't thought to look in. It was and still is perfect, 5 years on! Very gentle and patient with first time buyer's questions and she definitely helped us feel confident in the decisions we were making. If we ever move, we will call on her again for sure.
