I called to place an order for Mother's Day the old hag that answered the phone was very rude. I asked how much were roses I questioned why they were so high she told me to go somewhere else to purchase them and hung up on me. That was very rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting you to the better business bureau......i will never shop there again......

I have known Mrs. Thornhill for many many years and she has always trated me as a daughter. She is a wonderful and loving person who will help anybody. Never had any issues or complaints with her floral work. Love this woman to bits...

Called to place a Mother's Day order, and was not able to even ask for what I was looking to buy. She suggested an arrangement that was close to $100, and when I told her that was a little out of my price range, she said "Well, shop somewhere else." and hung up on me!
