I seen Dr. Sharpe back in 2014, with an elbow issue that was not allowing me to fully flex or extend. Fast forward 10 years later, back with Kaiser, and they referred me to an outside orthopedic surgeon for an evaluation. That surgeon told me that there was nothing he could do for me, he was super condescending, and he pretty much shooed me out of his office.
