The whole experience over a one year period was awful. Glad I found a new medical practice. You are just a number there and staff is very unfriendly. PA not very smart it seems, and office manager is an awful person on so many levels. Seek care elsewhere.

I have been a patient here for over two years. I am very pleased with the quality of care I receive. The entire staff is very responsive and has always been quick to respond to phone call, emails, or any other requests that I have had.

Upon moving to the are I selected this office as my new primary care physician. After spending a weekend in pain I called the office Monday morning to set up my first appointment. Hit an answering machine. Left a message for a call back. When still no call Tues, called again and again answering machine (but I did not leave another message). Now it's Wednesday night and still no call back.
Dr. Capraro is a wonderful caring doctor. Spends time with each patient as needed.
