Dr. Ballo and Staff were great. Dr. Ballo took the time to explain procedure in a direct, professional but friendly manner which I appreciated.

Dr. Ballo was professional and knowledgeable. I had a biopsy done and was told that I would receive a phone call within 3-5 days to share the results. After 7 days, I still never received a phone call, so I had to call to inquire. I will go back.
