Save your money very bad customer service, the last time I went to get my hair braided ,they told me the price before hand,midway during my braiding she changed the price for no clear reason while the braids were redeculusly pulled,gave them a benefit of doubt, went back to get my hair crochet, charged me $160 the style is clearly not the picture I showed her& she's not gentle with yo hair she ll pull it all kinds of ways with no care, had a headache the minute I left the salon, couldn't sleep had to take everything off

I was at shop today and was treated so bad to get a braid put in my hair that fell out I just got it done on Saturday! I ask her nicely and she was rude and gave me attitude while trying to charge me 5.00 to put it back in I’m over that shop so on to next sis you lost a good customer!!

Came in for a simple braid down, ended up agreeing to a $80 crochet install. Midway through, she added another $20 for something I couldn’t even clearly understand. At that point, I clocked the pattern because this has happened here before…quoted one price, then added more at the end. I wouldn’t have had an issue paying more if everything was clear upfront. It’s the lack of transparency that’s the problem. No third visit out of me.
