My husband and I have lived at France98 for over 11 years. We have an excellent property manager and maintenance crew. Recently we had an appliance go out and it was replaced quickly and operated well. It was quieter and larger than the one it replaced. Thank you France98 for taking timely and effective action to support us as residents.
I've been at France 98 for a few years now, and the service provided by the maintenance team has always been top quality. Not to mention the high level of service from the management team as well. Overall, the missing star is in regards to the community.
I have lived here for about 6 months and have nothing but wonderful comments to make about my time here. I live here with my husband and our dog, the property itself is very dog friendly which tons of walking paths around and doggy waste stations. It's a fantastic location, super close to 494 and 35 along with easy access to groceries stores (literally a mile away) and awesome restaurants. The units themselves are HUGE!
