Francais Realty, Agent Antoinette Patrick, was referred to be by a friend. Horrible Experience. We had a legal contract stating I will get 50% of the realtor payout from my home's builder ($10,650 which is 3% of my house cost) $5,325. She only give $2008 towards my closing costs, and refuse to give me the remaining $3,317. She did not attend my initial walkthrough, she did not attend my final walkthrough, she did not attend my private inspection, and she did not show up for closing.
