Signed a contract for window replacement, then completely ghosted us. For 6 months. No reply to emails or numerous phone calls, no status updates, nothing. Their main offices kept claiming that they would call right back. Never did. Luckily we never actually made a payment. They did not even bother responding when calling and writing to cancel the contract.
