Beware: This company will waste your time. They are negligent in the execution of their floor plans. Bridget is never prepared. This company is sketchy at best.
I have recently taken over as the store manager for the Burlington store on Dimond Blvd. I have had nothing but excellent experience with our landlord and property manager. When we have plumbing issues or other crazy things that occur, Eric is immediately on it and responds and will have someone here within 30 minutes. As a retail store manager for 30+ years I have never seen this quick of a response.
I'm only giving them 1 star because there's nothing lower. Tenants are leaving because they are so contenious. The outside is not kept clean or adequately sanded or plowed. Outdoor lights are burned out. They don't maintain the landscaping. They argue every time you ask them to repair something. They are unreasonable and very, very difficult to work with.
