I saw the review above and thought adding additional comments is 100% necessary. My experience with Framework has been a nightmare. They even called me and discussed another patients therapist and insurance information because they mixed us up due to our names! Scheduling with them is a nightmare, getting matched with a therapist also seems very difficult, and they seem to not understand the concept of out of network billing or provide me an answer if they allow it.
