Totally disappointed. I have dealt with them for many years and given then thousands of dollars worth of business. The y just reframed something for me a month ago. Price was over $500. It did not hold up. The work "unhinged" and was not straight in the frame anymore. I contacted the shop and they refused to fix it because "it had left the shop in perfect condition"... So, if you want to spend your money and have nobody to stand behind their work when you need therm, this is the store you should go to...

Rude and Snobby Service – I went in there today to get some quotes on the art I needed custom framed. When I walked in, no one was present so I just said "Hello" and then lady came around the corner and just kind of stared at me with an expression like "um, what do you want", she didn't greet me, or say "Hello", she just looked at me.
