Stopped in during our visit to Asheville from Nashville. I bought a pair of glasses, but I'm super clumsy so I cracked a lens the same day. We went back the next day and found out they'd have to get a new lens shipped in so it wouldn't be fixed before we left town. Long story short: Got my glasses back within a week or so and the whole process was super easy - Extremely kind and helpful people across the board. Framed has everything from funky to chic in Eyewear Fashion! Fashion, however is pointless, if the fit is miserable and the lenses are poorly designed leaving you with headaches. "This" is the reason you want Adam Bishop, Framed ' s optician to create quality fit lenses for your eyewear. He has a heart to care for his clients, in addition to being a perfectionist. The frame selection is great and the people who work there are extremely helpful plus, there are no outdated selections sadly gathering dust. Modern vibe, great decor and best of all, had a small problem with my new glasses and they were able to determine what to do to make it right. They solved the problem with no hassle, friendly service, and very, very nice staff. I will certainly return and recommend to my friends. Their prices are in line for the quality of their products.
This is the place to go for GREAT frames! Very cool people work here, and the selection is fab-u-lous.
