While visiting Asheville in January my sunglasses needed a quick repair. I stopped in this cute shop and they were very helpful. They took the time to carefully heat up my frames and tighten them for me, and didn't charge me at all! What a nice surprise to find old-fashioned customer service! Thanks, you guys!

Outstanding customer service that has earned my loyalty. I stopped in to check out the store. I mentioned I was getting a new prescription soon and my current eye glasses had broken and were hanging by a thread. They asked to see them and proceeded to make the repair on the spot. When asked how much I owed them they said no charge and we hope to help you again soon. They certainly won our family over.

This is my first pair of glasses and I shopped around a lot both online and locally. I bought a set for computer use at Wal-Mart and boy can you tell the difference in quality and comfort between the glasses and lenses from Framed and the Wally-World pair. One is heavenly clouds perched on my nose and the other is like wearing a concrete block on my face.
