I placed an order for a frame on 12/18. I followed up on 1/6/21 as they were closed until 1/4/21. I sent them a copy of the ******transaction as well as proof that my account was debited for this amount. Joshua C***** responded. He refuses to process my order unless I can produce the direct email from ******to my ***account. My account crashed and I lost all saved emails from the last 6 months (of which this is one). I recently ordered two custom frames. The wording on the website left some confusion about the composition of the frame. When the frames arrived, the "wood" frames were made of wood composite. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a refund. Two new frames were ordered and were exactly what I wanted. I have and would definitely continue to do business with these folks.

Very strange company. Ordered several frames. Received a partial order and was refunded my money for frames they said were not in stock despite the website showing it is. Didn’t refund the shipping. Emailed them several times about how I can get the rest of my order (or full refund) but have yet to hear back with any useful information - only sends a generic email back. Stole my money. Order items from them and never received my items. Called and emailed multiple times with no response from the company.

Order in question was initially on backorder, and there was a lack of communication with the customer initially. Our Customer Service Supervisor did follow up and this order shipped on 11/27 and delivered on 12/4. Tracking info provided to customer as well.
