There was a film that need to be washed off the glasses of the frames, it was a bit difficult to get off. The frames themselves are very nice.
Great prices, especially for buying in bulk. I bought the recycled wood frames and thats what they technically were. Its a composite wood with a wood print paper or vinyl wrapped over the top. A little different than what I was expecting, but they look nice and feel like a decent quality (good weight, not just a hollow piece of junk). They do have a little bit of an odor (off-gassing?). Ordering the mats for our frames was confusing and I order the wrong size! Adding visuals of the size of the interior of the mat and the exterior would be very helpful. I did not understand their language. $100 mistake!
